  i ordered 2 Double White Confederate Roses (Hibiscus mutabilis "Tri-Color") in late October this year and when they arrived they were extremely healthy with 9 fully developed buds on each plant. I placed them in a pot on the patio and we have been enjoying the beauty of the transitioning colors each day. I buy from a lot of suppliers and I will put this group up against anyone for quality of the plants, service, selection and availability. If you have a garden design in mind, they should be able to help you make it come to fruition quickly and under budget. They were recommended to me by the Horticulturist at the the National Camellia society in Ft. Valley Ga where I first saw a confederate rose in bloom. He advised me it was an older plant not carried by a lot of nurseries but he told me to search for Almost Eden in Louisiana and they probably would have the variety I was viewing and he was correct.
